Overwound Bridge Pickup

We hand wind all of our lipstick pickups using our proprietary overlength bobbin. Our standard bridge pickup is wound to a typical fill level to provide a great, traditional lipstick pickup sound that is matched in relation to the neck pickup. If you'd like a beefier, growlier sounding bridge pick up, then by all means order this overwound neck pickup. It's filled with approximately 50% more of those fine, hairlike copper windings than our standard bridge pickup to provide a stronger output signal. But remember, it's still a lipstick pickup with that intrinsic tell-tale basic sound.
